Tempests Concert at The Gulfport Casino

Well we did it again! The Tempest's Concert "ROOTS OF TAMPA BAY ROCK" on Friday March 26th, 1999 at The Gulfport Casino was FANTASTIC. The place was packed! Scott Robbins, DJ at Oldies 97.1 was again the MC at the concert and that even made it better. Scott gave away door prizes which consisted of dinner for two at Mansfields, a great Gulfport Bar and 2 tickets to a local play as well as great Oldies 97.1 prizes. The Casino was Rockin' and Smokin'. The Tempests and Impacs rocked the place right through the roof! I don't think the Casino can handle any more High Energy!

Here comes another one! Friday May 7th, 1999. Live on Stage, The Tempests and The Barracudas and again, all for five bucks a ticket in advance or $7.50 at the door! The Barracudas just finished opening for the Beach Boys Concert at Coachman Park in Clearwater on Sunday March 28th. These concerts get better every time we do them! Lets make these concerts and Gulfport's First Friday a success by coming out and participating in the celebration!
